a BeinG can reproduce by what is called MatinG.
An implementation for this is based on CrossOver, where the OffSpring inherit characteristics from both (in case of TwoSome?, which is the default) ParentS. There the SimplestThing is to e.g. take first half from one parent and the next from the other, or e.g. select randomly for each characteristic from which parent it's gotten.
Of course there is no limit for the possible complexities, but we do not go there to start with. For thoughts about a bit more delicate reproduction, see e.g. LogoWorld
